Everyone who traded on motion before the snapshot becomes a founding trader: 0% on public nodes, 0.1% on custom nodes, up to $250K a month.
One fast terminal for four chains, with no platform fee since launch. Next: 0.1% a trade where GMGN takes 1%, a $10 membership (≈ 25.8K $MOTION) instead of per-trade fees, a $50 full data API (≈ 129K $MOTION) for builders, and $MOTION burned by every membership, every builder trade and half of what platform revenue leaves after costs.
Everyone who traded on motion before the snapshot becomes a founding trader: 0% on public nodes, 0.1% on custom nodes, up to $250K a month.
And half of platform revenue after costs buys back and burns $MOTION. Holders at the snapshot join the founding traders too. Burns and buybacks go in a monthly report with transaction hashes.
A tenth of GMGN's 1%. Or a $10 membership (≈ 25.8K $MOTION), paid in $MOTION and burned, with no fees up to $50K a month.
Plus 0.1% of every trade you route, used to buy back and burn $MOTION. Anything you charge on top is yours.
You pay the pool's fee and the coin creator's tax. motion adds nothing on top, on any of the four chains.

All chains. Oct 21 is a partial day.
motion.gift/api/bgc, the public ledger since Oct 11, read 2026-10-21.A 0.1% fee alone would need about $2.5M of fee-paying volume a month just to cover the base costs. So motion doesn't lean on one source. Six small ones add up, and every one tied to $MOTION ends in a burn.
Running costs first, from $2.5K a month (≈ 6.46M $MOTION). Then half of what's left buys back and burns $MOTION, and half stays in motion.
Donations and grants go where the project needs them, reported apart.
Trading fees and memberships come with v1.1, the data API and MotionRouter with v1 (section 12), integrations and advertising later. Every burn and buyback goes in the monthly report with its transaction hash (section 11).
Thousands of wallets trade Robinhood Chain every day on GMGN, Axiom and fomo. GMGN charges them 1% a trade. Axiom charges 0.75% to 0.95%. motion's planned fee is 0.1%.

One plan for the data and trading infrastructure motion runs on. The full list of what it includes is coming soon. Every trade you route pays 0.1%, and builder fees go to buying back and burning $MOTION.
Signed quotes and swap routes on Robinhood Chain and BNB Chain, settled through the MotionRouter contract.
The token, trade and holder data the terminal already indexes, on all four chains, streamed in real time.
Included in the plan. Paid RPC providers behind it today, our own nodes once speed calls for them.
Builder fees: 0.1% of each routed trade. Current policy: builder fees are used to buy back and burn $MOTION, reported monthly with transaction hashes.
The router takes the fee in the same transaction as the swap, against a quote our server signs with a 30-second deadline. Every routed trade pays it. The router holds no balance and uses exact approvals or Permit2.

Example numbers, not a forecast.
Founding traders keep 0% on public nodes. Everyone else pays 0.1% a trade, a tenth of GMGN's 1%, or takes a $10 membership and stops paying per trade. Trades through a builder's app pay the builder fee.
Pay $10 worth of $MOTION and it is burned. The token amount is reset every day.
Launch pricing until 31 Jan 2027. Any change is announced 30 days ahead.
Today that is about 25,840 $MOTION for a Member, and never more than 60,000. You see the amount before you confirm. At launch pricing, $10 is the 0.1% fee on $10,000 of volume.
GMGN, Axiom and fomo see about 115,000 trading wallets a day. If 1% of them paid $10 a month for motion, that much $MOTION would be burned every month. As the supply shrinks, each token left is scarcer, so the same dollars burn fewer of them. Move the sliders and watch the supply.
Memberships are priced in dollars. As tokens burn, each one left is scarcer, so the same dollars burn fewer of them every month and the supply never reaches zero. Assumes the market cap stays where it is today; not a forecast.
| Scenario | Members | Paid / mo | Burned, month 1 | Of supply, month 1 | After 12 months |
|---|
The audiences overlap and one person can run many wallets. The scenario starts from the 21 Oct price, $0.000387, and holds the market cap at ≈$383K, so each month burns a little less than the one before.
Fee revenue at launch pricing, next to the running costs it pays for. Memberships and builder fees burn $MOTION directly, so they sit apart from revenue. Half of what revenue leaves after costs burns more. Pick a month or set your own.
| Example month | Volume | Paying | Builders | Members | Revenue | Costs | After costs | Burned, in $ |
|---|
Platform revenue is the 0.1% trading fees, the $50 data API and memberships paid in USDC. It pays motion's running costs first. Then half of what's left buys back and burns $MOTION, and half stays in motion. At $10K of revenue, costs take $5K, $2.5K (≈ 6.46M $MOTION) buys back and burns $MOTION, and $2.5K stays. Builder fees skip the queue and go straight to buybacks and burns.
Example revenue levels, not a forecast.
Buybacks run in small rule-based slices through the month, with no dates announced in advance. Transaction hashes go in the monthly report. The team doesn't trade $MOTION in the 7 days before or after.
Nodes, data providers, development, subscriptions and marketing. Founder pay is not counted as a running cost.
Builder fees go to buybacks and burns in full. Memberships paid in $MOTION are burned. $MOTION's creator fees sit in their own wallet with their own line in the report (section 10). Grants, donations and ecosystem funding go where the project needs them.
Fee revenue comes from pay-as-you-go accounts and the data API. The $2.5K base (≈ 6.46M $MOTION) is covered at $2.5M of fee-paying volume a month. Past that, costs never take more than half of revenue, and half of what's left buys back and burns $MOTION.
motion traded ≈$189K in its first 30 days, all of it fee-free. The $2.5K base needs about $2.5M of fee-paying volume a month. That is the gap fees and the data API have to close.
$MOTION trades already pay out: half to product development, half to daily pots for active traders. They run under PONS V2's rules, apart from motion's platform revenue.

Each trade pays PONS V2's standard trading fee plus the trade tax set at launch, 2% for $MOTION. The fees collect in the PONS fee escrow and the token's fee wallet withdraws them. PONS V2 also has an optional creator buyback. It is off for $MOTION.
docs.ponsfamily.com/v2 · on-chaingetLaunchedToken, 2026-10-21Half goes to product development. The other half streams over 7 days into the Road to Albania daily pots: 0.02 ETH per active trader, at most 0.1 ETH a day, paid out by the day's ranking.
